Learning from Uncle Ho to cultivate courage, intellect, and strength of people

Putting President Ho Chi Minh's thought, ethics, methods, and style into practice requires personal cultivation to be linked to the ability to organise practical action and the responsibility to serve the people. For the military, this means combining political resolve, intellect, discipline, and close ties with the people in carrying out the tasks of building and defending the Fatherland.
