The Government has issued Decree No.229/2026/ND-CP, dated June 25, 2026, regulating the organisation and operation of the National Foundation for Science and Technology Development (NAFOSTED). Comprising eight chapters and 39 articles, the Decree focuses on addressing institutional and operational bottlenecks while enabling the Foundation to fulfil its functions and responsibilities in line with the latest regulatory framework.
