This was the assessment of Albina Legostaeva, Senior Researcher at the Museum of Oriental Art of Moscow, in an interview with the resident correspondent of Nhan Dan Newspaper in Russia ahead of the State visit to the Russian Federation by General Secretary and President To Lam.
