Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh received Russian Ambassador to Viet Nam Gennady Bezdetko in Ha Noi on April 1 to promote the implementation of the outcomes of his recent official visit to Russia, especially agreements aimed at ensuring energy security in the current context.

The two sides discussed specific cooperation programmes to help strengthen collaboration in technical infrastructure and promote sustainable transport within the framework of the Viet Nam–Russia Comprehensive Strategic Partnership.
