The Ha Noi Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism and the Beijing Municipal Cultural Heritage Bureau (China) on August 25 signed a bilateral memorandum of understanding (MoU) on cooperation in preserving and promoting the heritage values of the Vietnamese capital’s iconic Van Mieu – Quoc Tu Giam (Temple of Literature – Imperial Academy) complex.

When properly invested in and developed, each souvenir can become a highlight in introducing Viet Nam to the world. Drawing on the country's rich cultural resources combined with contemporary creative thinking, these small products can carry messages about Viet Nam's land, people, and identity to international friends.

The exhibition "Temple of Literature in art" officially opened on the afternoon of July 5, featuring works by artists from across the country. The event is part of a series of activities marking the 950th anniversary of the establishment of Temple of Literature (1076–2026), the first university in Viet Nam.

The Centre for Cultural and Scientific Activities of the Temple of Literature (Ha Noi) will organise a cultural experience programme titled “A Day of Fun” to mark International Children's Day (June 1). The programme is expected to be a meaningful spiritual gift for children.
