The Red Flamboyant Flower Festival - Hai Phong 2026 officially opened on the evening of May 8 as Hai Phong City celebrated the 71st anniversary of Hai Phong Liberation Day (May 13, 1955–May 13, 2026) and marked the first festival season held within the space and stature of the newly expanded city.
