Amid the rugged highlands of Sin Ho District (Lai Chau Province), where thick mist veils the muddy mountain roads, the dreams of ethnic minority children for an education remain undeterred. On this year’s International Children’s Day, two newly built classrooms at Pa Phang 2 satellite campus of Phin Ho Kindergarten were inaugurated, bringing joy and renewed motivation to teachers, students, and their parents and giving wings to dreams of learning despite the many hardships ahead.
