Pursuant to Plan No. 341-KH/TU on June 12, 2025 of the Ha Noi Party Committee on "Trial operation of the two-level local government model in Ha Noi", in order to ensure unified, continuous and effective operation when implementing the project on rearranging and streamlining the organization of the Fatherland Front, socio-political organisations, and mass organisations under the Viet Nam Fatherland Front as assigned by the Party and the State, on the afternoon of June 26, the Standing Committee of the Viet Nam Fatherland Front Committee of the city held a meeting on its trial operation.
Chaired by Nguyen Lan Huong, Chairwoman of the Viet Nam Fatherland Front Committee of the city, the meeting focused on the following contents: giving opinions on building working regulations; assigning tasks to members in the Standing Committee; reviewing the work programme in July; finalising the plan for arranging the working positions of new committees; review regulations on functions and tasks of advisory and support committees, build job positions for each committee; issue directive documents to communes via the Ha Noi Party Committee's Document Management and Operation System software.
On June 25, the Standing Committee of the Viet Nam Fatherland Front Committee of Ha Noi issued Guidance No. 13/HD-MTTQ-BTT, outlining trial operations for the organisational structure of the Standing Committee and socio-political organisations at the city and commune levels.
Implementing the guidance issued by the Standing Committee of the Viet Nam Fatherland Front Committee of Ha Noi, many newly established commune-level units will proactively carry out trial operations on the afternoon of June 26. The remaining units are scheduled to begin trial operations on June 27 to ensure the set timeline is met.
The Standing Committee of the Viet Nam Fatherland Front Committee of Ha Noi will synthesize and assess the results of these trial operations within its assigned scope.
This will provide the basis for advising the leadership of the committee in promptly addressing any issues arising during the implementation process.
