The festival will feature 22 colourful balloons controlled by pilots from Australia, China, Japan, the Netherlands, Spain, Thailand, the UK, and Vietnam.
The event will also include a series of cultural, sport, and tourism activities featuring the province’s tourism potential, culture, and craft villages.
An opening ceremony of the Tuyen Quang Tourism Year 2024 will also be held on April 27.
On the occasion, a tourism fair will be held from April 25 to May 1 to introduce typical local crafts and community-based tourism products.
Speaking at the conference held in Da Nang City on March 29 to introduce the two events, Hoang Viet Phuong, Vice Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee, said that thorough preparations are under way for the two festivals.
He also pledged that Tuyen Quang always creates favourable conditions for businesses to effectively carry out projects in the province.
