Within the programme, the second of its kind, young Vietnamese and Chinese coast guard officers exchanged information on activities and reviewed cooperation to strengthen friendship.
They shared experience on political and ideological work, search and rescue activities, and law enforcement at the sea.
The young officers visited and presented gifts to children in the SOS Children’s Village in Da Nang. They also joined an event with officials and soldiers of the High Command of the Vietnam Coast Guard Region 2.
The second exchange programme runs until December 28.
