Vietnam congratulates Armenia on its National Day

Party General Secretary and President Nguyen Phu Trong sent a congratulatory message to President of the Republic of Armenia Armen Sarkissian on September 21 to mark the occasion of the 29th anniversary of Armenia’s National Day (September 21, 1991-2020).

On the same day, Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc cabled a message of congratulations to Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan.

Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Pham Binh Minh also extended his congratulations to Foreign Minister of Armenia Zohrab Mnatsakanyan.
