Vietnam congratulates Kenya on Independence Day

President Nguyen Xuan Phuc sent a message of congratulations on December 12 to President of the Republic of Kenya Uhuru Kenyatta on the occasion of the 58th Independence Day of the Republic of Kenya (December 12, 1963-2021).
