He highly valued the Civic Chamber’s role in Russia's development and expressed his hope for effective implementation of the Cooperation Programme Memorandum between the two sides for 2024-2029. The programme aims to strengthen traditional ties and strategic partnerships, including cultural exchanges and language promotion.
For his part, Alexander Shkolnik reaffirmed Russia’s commitment to strengthening relations with Vietnam, highlighting the importance of ongoing political trust and cooperation. He also offered condolences to Vietnam over the losses caused by Typhoon Yagi.
The two sides emphasised the significance of the signed memorandum in fostering collaboration across various fields, marking a new milestone in the two countries’ partnership.
