On September 28, the Vietnamese Embassy in Cambodia held the Mid-Autumn Festival for children of the embassy’s staff and several Vietnamese agencies and businesses, in the capital city of Phnom Penh.
At the festival, children joined various activities including enjoying many foods, sweet cakes and fruits, as well as dancing, singing and playing with colourful lanterns and other games.

Presenting gifts and congratulating the children, Vietnamese Ambassador to Cambodia Nguyen Huy Tang and his spouse, highly appreciated the efforts made by the parents to fulfil their assigned tasks, as well as take care of their children.

On the morning of September 29, the Khmer-Vietnam Association in Siem Reap Province coordinated with Metfone Company to organise the Mid-Autumn Festival for more than 70 students from Vietnamese families in the locality.

The children received many gifts, including delicious candies and beautiful star lanterns bought from Vietnam. It is hoped that through the event, the children’s awareness will be raised in preserving the traditional language and culture of the nation.
On the afternoon of September 29, in the port city of Preah Sihanouk, over 60 children gathered at the headquarters of the headquarter of the Khmer-Vietnam Association to share joys at a Mid-Autumn Festival.
