Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh conveyed his congratulations to Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin, while National Assembly Chairman Vuong Dinh Hue extended his congratulations to Chair of the Russian Federation Council Valentina Matvienko and Chairman of Russian State Duma Vyacheslav Volodin.
On the occasion, Minister of Foreign Affairs Bui Thanh Son also sent a congratulatory message to his Russian counterpart Sergey Lavrov.
