The signing ceremony was attended by Lieutenant General Luong Tam Quang, Deputy Minister of Public Security and Chairman of the Vietnamese Public Security Sports Association; and Do Quang Hien, Founder and Chairman of T&T Group's Strategy Committee.
According to the memorandum of understanding, the cooperation between the two sides aims to support and develop the Vietnamese Public Security Sports Association's table tennis, as well as Vietnamese table tennis in general, thus affirming its prestige and position, helping the Vietnamese Public Security Sports Association's table tennis pursue the highest achievements at national tournaments, and contributing to the number of athletes and achievements for the national team at international tournaments.
The two sides are determined to train and improve the quality of table tennis players to approach the international level and to promote the image of professional table tennis players to attract young talents to participate in training and competition.
The two sides will also coordinate to exchange coaches and athletes.

The cooperation between the Vietnamese Public Security Sports Association and T&T Group will help create the conditions for table tennis coaches and players to promote their abilities, strengths, and potentials to contribute to high-performance sports at tournaments held by the Vietnamese Public Security Sports Association in particular and Vietnamese sports in general.
After the signing ceremony of the memorandum of understanding, the two sides officially held a ceremony to prepare for the 42nd Nhan Dan Newspaper National Table Tennis Championship, PetroVietnam Cup (PVCFC) 2024, which will take place at Nha Trang (Khanh Hoa) from May 31 to June 7.
