41st Nhan Dan Newspaper National Table Tennis Championships concludes

On July 9, the 41st Nhan Dan Newspaper National Table Tennis Championships, PetroVietnam Cup (PVCFC), officially wrapped up at the Quang Ninh Provincial Gymnasium in Ha Long City, Quang Ninh Province, after six days of competition.

The closing ceremony saw the presence of the Deputy Editor-in-Chief of Nhan Dan Newspaper, Deputy head of the steering committee for the tournament Que Dinh Nguyen; Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Ninh Province Nguyen Thi Hanh; Deputy General Director of General Department of Sports Le Thi Hoang Yen; Standing Vice President of the Vietnam Table Tennis Federation Vu Nguyen Thai, along with representatives of departments and branches of the province and members of delegations.

Speaking at the ceremony, Deputy Editor-in-Chief of Nhan Dan Newspaper, Que Dinh Nguyen emphasised that the 41st Nhan Dan Newspaper National Table Tennis Championships, PetroVietnam Cup (PVCFC) 2023 was a great success.

Over the past few days, 174 athletes from 20 table tennis teams across the country have excitedly competed, creating an exciting and dramatic tournament.

In the men's doubles, the couple Dinh Anh Hoang - Le Dinh Duc (Hanoi T&T) won the Gold Medal; Nguyen Duc Tuan-Doan Ba Tuan Anh (Hai Duong-Long Hai) won the Silver Medal; Bronze medals were awarded to two couples, Le Tien Dat-Ta Hong Khanh (Hanoi T&T) and Bui The Nghia-Nguyen Dang Hiep (Army).

In the women's doubles, the couple Tran Mai Ngoc-Nguyen Thi Nga won the Gold Medal; the Silver medal belongs to the couple Mai Hoang My Trang - Phan Hoang Tuong Giang; the Bronze medal was awarded to the couple Vo Kim Tham-Chung Thi My Huyen, Pham Vu Hong An-Tran Nguyen Thanh Truc.

In the men's and women's doubles: Gold medals went to the pair Nguyen Anh Tu-Mai Hoang My Trang; Nguyen Duc Tuan-Bui Ngoc Lan won the Silver Medal; Dinh Anh Hoang-Tran Mai Ngoc, Nguyen Thanh Nam-Phan Hoang Tuong Giang won the bronze medal.
