At these meetings, the delegation updated the RoK corporations and businesses on information about culture, history, and outstanding achievements for socio-economic development in the locality over recent years.
Secretary of the Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Anh Tuan emphasised that Vietnam-RoK relations have developed strongly and substantially with many achievements.
The two countries have become each other's most important partners in many fields, especially in economics, trade and investment.
He stressed that Bac Ninh Province attached great importance to promoting economic and investment cooperation with its RoK partners since the two countries have just elevated bilateral relations to a comprehensive strategic partnership in December 2022.
RoK businesses are very important investment partners of Bac Ninh Province, he said, adding that Bac Ninh always welcomes foreign investors and is willing to support their businesses while operating in the province.
On November 9, a conference to promote links between enterprises from the RoK was held in Seoul, attracting more than 20 RoK businesses.
During their working trip to the RoK, Bac Ninh Province’s delegation visited Samsung Group and Amkor Technology, Inc., and held a working session with leaders of Gyeongsangbuk-do Province.
