Mach bested a bodybuilder from the United Arab Emirates in the final round to win his second consecutive gold medal.
The Vietnamese bodybuilder also topped the men’s 55 kg division at last year's event in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
This year’s World Bodybuilding Championships ran from October 27 to November 1 in Varanasi, India, and brought together 150 world-class bodybuilders from 34 countries and territories.
