Earlier on May 26, the online publication (in Vietnamese and English) of Nhan Dan (Peope) Newspaper reported that a group of people in Quang Tri Province successfully made a trip to explore the cave, which was named Van Tien Cave by locals.

The Van Tien Cave entrance is located in the rocky mountain range in Cat Tria Village, Huong Son Commune, Huong Hoa District.

The path in the cave is like heaven with yellow stalactites that are very impressive, attractive, and mysterious.

Accordingly, in June, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism will preside over and coordinate with units to organise a preliminary survey, determine the route, locate the cave entrances, and define the scope to propose a detailed survey of Van Tien Cave. The province will welcome experts to explore Van Tien Cave and other caves in August.

Quang Tri province is calling on businesses to invest and continue to investigate and survey the potential advantages of rare cave resources in the locality. The northern Truong Son range passes through two mountainous districts of Huong Hoa and Dakrong in Quang Tri Province. The ecosystem of this area is associated with a limestone mountain system with unique landscapes, so there are many beautiful caves that need to be promptly evaluated.
