Condolences extended to the US after New Orleans truck attack
Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Bui Thanh Son on January 3, sent a message of condolences to US Secretary of State Antony Blinken, after a New Year's Day truck attack in New Orleans that killed at least 15 people and injured dozens more.
