The 16th European–Vietnamese Documentary Film Festival welcomes Norway as a first-time participant, joining long-standing participants Austria, Italy, Spain, the United Kingdom, Sweden, France, Finland and Wallonia-Brussels (Belgium).
Audiences will have the opportunity to discover nine documentaries produced by the National Documentary and Scientific Film Studio, 11 international works, and five films by young independent Vietnamese filmmakers. Many of the films have won awards at prestigious film festivals.
