In addition to 40 booths with experienced chefs from the Saigontourist Group, the event will be attended by representatives from Vietnam Airlines and other units from Ben Tre and Tay Ninh provinces.
Visitors to the four-day festival are offered an array of interesting culinary experiences and a comprehensive overview of Vietnam’s cuisine.

Moreover, the festival will showcase traditional handicrafts, folk games, and performances of traditional art forms, such as Quan Ho (love duet) singing, Hue royal court music, Chhay Dam drum performances, and Then folk singing.
According to Pham Huy Binh, Chairman of Saigontourist Group, the festival is one of the key activities of Saigontourist to contribute to promoting the attractiveness, uniqueness, diversity and richness of Vietnamese cuisine to visitors from at home and abroad.
The event also seeks to promote Ho Chi Minh City as an attractive destination with exciting food, culture and culinary events.
