Party General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong made the statement in Hanoi on November 2 while meeting 67 outstanding delegates representing the thousands of bright exemplars in studying and following Uncle Ho's example, in all regions of the country.
Speaking at the meeting, the Party leader noted that in the last five years, the Party Central Committee's Commission for Communication and Education has launched an emulation movement and organised both voting and honouring outstanding collectives and individuals, in studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, ethics, and style.

On this occasion, the General Secretary, on behalf of the Party and State leaders, warmly congratulated, praised and thanked the delegates for their dedication and contributions to the nation.
The Party General Secretary expressed his belief that the collectives and individuals will continue to strive, learn and practice regularly; preserve and promote the honoured and noble title, and spread its effects and influence as an example in society.
