According to Deputy Director of the Department of Planning and Architecture Tran Quang Tuyen, implementing Directive No.07-CT/TU dated October 1, 2021 of the Ha Noi Party Committee Standing Committee on promoting and improving the quality and effectiveness of mass mobilisation work of state agencies, the department has made efforts to implement solutions to improve the satisfaction index of people and businesses.
The department has actively implemented digital transformation in professional activities, building a digital society with the initiative on applying QR codes to support organisations and citizens to look up administrative procedures at the Department of Planning and Architecture; focus on building a team of cadres and civil servants who “respect the people, are close to the people, understand the people, learn from the people and are responsible to the people”.
Implementing Directive No.36-CT/TU dated November 28, 2024 of the Standing Committee of the Ha Noi Party Committee on promoting mass mobilisation work in planning; compensation, support and resettlement when the State reclaims land in the city, the department has also actively implemented and provided 48 planning information files, ensuring correct content, process and time.
In his concluding remarks, Head of the Communication, Education and Mass Mobilisation Commission of the City Party Committee Nguyen Doan Toan highly appreciated the mass mobilisation work of the Department of Planning and Architecture in the past.
He also underscored that along with raising awareness of cadres, civil servants, public employees, and workers about the communication and mass mobilisation work, and strictly implementing public ethics, the department needs to pay attention to implementing the emulation movement of “Skilled mass mobilisation”, creating favourable conditions for people and businesses.
