On behalf of the delegation, the Hanoi Party leader extended his wishes for good health and longevity to General Vo Nguyen Giap, whose name is always associated with the famous Dien Bien Phu Victory.
Secretary Nghi also informed the General about the recent renovation of the Doc Lap martyrs’ cemetery in Thanh Nua commune, Dien Bien district. “This shows the deepest gratitude to the fallen combatants who sacrificed their lives for the historic national victory of the Dien Bien Phu campaign,” he said.
