Hanoi provides free service on double-decker bus tours during five-day holiday

The Department of Tourism of Hanoi announced on April 28 to provide free service for all visitors taking the city’s popular double-decker bus tour during the ongoing five-day holiday from April 29 to May 3.

Accordingly, free-of-charge services for passengers are applied on two routes.

The first one, operated by the Vietnam Tourism Hanoi JSC, runs along iconic destinations in Hanoi, including the Vietnam Military History Museum, Thang Long Imperial Citadel, Quan Thanh Temple, Tran Quoc Pagoda, Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, the Temple of Literature, Hoa Lo Prison, the Vietnamese Women’s Museum, and the Hanoi Opera House.

During the five-day holiday, there are seven rides a day from 8:30 AM to 9 PM, each lasting 90 minutes, on the bus with vehicle registration plate No. 29B-19994

The second route, provided by the Hanoi Transport & Services Corporation, departs from Hanoi Opera House and runs through major streets in the districts of Hoan Kiem, Ba Dinh, and Tay Ho.

Three buses, with vehicle registration plates No. 29B-19658, 29B-19906, and 29B-19688, were mobilised to the promotional programme. They will offer a total of 27 rides a day, each lasting 70 minutes.
