[In Photos] Viet Nam’s vibrant colours on the journey of renewal

Forty years after the launch of renewal, Viet Nam has continued to develop, affirming its position and prestige on the international stage as it does today. Renewal has not been limited to the economy alone, but has also encompassed institutions, culture and society, science and technology, national governance, and human development. This has been a comprehensive, profound, creative and sustainable process of renewal.

The press photography contest “Viet Nam on the journey of renewal”, jointly organised by Nhan Dan Newspaper and the Viet Nam Association of Photographic Artists, aims to document and reflect the country’s comprehensive renewal across all areas of social life — from people and communities to living spaces and national cultural identity — through the authors’ creative and humanistic perspectives.

The submission period runs from June 28, 2025 to January 31, 2026. Entries should be submitted via https://thianh.nhandan.vn/.
