This year’s competition aims to celebrate the land, cultural values, and people of the new city, formed through the merger of Binh Duong, Ba Ria–Vung Tau, and Ho Chi Minh City, thus giving a boost to the city’s tourism, economy, and sustainable development.

The competition is open to all Vietnamese citizens aged 15 and above, Vietnamese nationals living abroad, and foreigners currently residing in Viet Nam.

Each participant may submit a maximum of 10 entries (single photographs or series of 5–8 photographs). Works must be created between December 2, 2025, and March 31, 2026, and must not have been entered in any other competition.

Entries should capture the people of Ho Chi Minh City during Tet (Lunar New Year) celebration; urban landscapes, festivals, flower markets during springtime; and activities that promote solidarity and compassion among the community.

Contestants should send their works online via https://sacmaumoi.plo.vn/ no later than March 31, 2026.

The contest winners will be announced and awarded at a ceremony scheduled on April 30, 2026.
