On March 7, at the square in front of the Australian Parliament House, Australian Prime Minister Anthony Albanese and his fiancée hosted a welcome ceremony for Vietnamese Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh, his spouse and a high-ranking Vietnamese delegation, who are on an official visit to Australia.

The welcome ceremony featured a 19-gun salute and the solemn raising of the Vietnamese national flag. Following the official welcome ceremony, Prime Minister had a retreat and held talks with his Australian counterparts.
