On the evening of November 24, 2023, in Hanoi, the City Department of Tourism coordinated with the Hoan Kiem District People's Committee to organise a launch ceremony of Hanoi night tourism products, introducing the lighting art experience space "Hanoi Night - Touching Point of Emotions" and announcing the decision to recognise a city-level tourist area in the Hoan Kiem Lake area, its surroundings and Hanoi's Old Quarter.

To attract people and tourists to Hanoi’s night tourism, from November 24 to 26, in the O Quan Chuong area (Hoan Kiem District), a 3D mapping visual art performance of images of Hanoi's night tourism products and cultural and historical heritage sites, will take place.

This is the first time Hanoi people have been able to admire the image of the familiar O Quan Chuong Gate suddenly sparkling, becoming magical and new.
