On February 21 (the 5th day of the lunar month), under favorable spring weather, the Hoan Kiem Lake area was vibrant with the colors of spring, attracting large numbers of residents and visitors who came to sightsee and take photos to preserve the first moments of the new year.

The City Tour bus service is also highly attractive to visitors during the first days of the new year.
