The official session of the first Congress of the Phu Tho Provincial Party Organisation for the 2025–2030 term opened in Phu Tho Province on September 30. President Luong Cuong attended and delivered guidance to the Congress.

Party General Secretary To Lam sent a basket of flowers to congratulate the Congress.

The event was attended by former Politburo member and former Head of the Party Committee’s Central Inspection Commission Ngo Van Du; Central Committee member and Deputy Prime Minister Bui Thanh Son; as well as other Party Central Committee members who are leaders of central departments, ministries, agencies, and representatives of local authorities. Notably, the Congress welcomed 500 delegates representing more than 257,000 Party members across Phu Tho Province.
