The Politburo and the Secretariat convened a national conference on February 7 to disseminate and implement the Resolution of the 14th National Congress of the Communist Party of Viet Nam. The conference was held in a hybrid format, combining in-person participation with online links to venues nationwide. Party General Secretary To Lam, together with incumbent and former leaders of the Party and the State, attended the event.
