The festival draws the participation of 22 balloons from Vietnam and many foreign countries, including the UK, Australia, Spain, the Netherlands, Japan, China and Thailand.

The festival is taking place from April 27 to May 1 in Nguyen Tat Thanh Square in Tuyen Quang Province’s eponymous capital city.
