During the six-day Tet holiday, this province welcomed about 115,000 visitors, an increase of 4.5% compared to 2023.

At the destinations of Phong Nha-Ke Bang Tourism Centre, Thien Duong Cave, or the destination of Oxalis Company, in addition to the usual sightseeing and experience services, there is a space recreated with eye-catching and authentic decorations.

Oxalis's representative said that in the first four days of the Lunar New Year, 100% of the rooms at Tu Lan Lodge were full, and the number of guests booking homestay rooms reached 80%. Along with that, 300-500 visitors come every day to visit and enjoy Tan Hoa Tourist Village.
Deputy Director of Quang Binh Department of Tourism, Dang Dong Ha, said that the total number of tourists in the province from February 8 to February 14 reached about 115,000 visitors, an increase of 4.5% compared to the Lunar New Year 2023, in which international visitors increased by 20%, compared to last year's Tet holiday.
During the Lunar New Year 2024 holiday, the total number of tourists coming to Sa Pa is estimated to reach 112,315, of which international visitors reached 4,624, with total revenue from tourism reaching 387.7 billion VND.

In particular, the main highlight is the festival "Convergence of Sa Pa's quintessential cultural space", opened by the People's Committee of Sa Pa town on February 7.
Display areas also simulate traditional craft village activities of five indigenous ethnic minorities, including H'Mong, Dao, Tay, Giay, and Xa Pho with traditional weaving and brocade patterns.
According to the People's Committee of Sa Pa town, during the recent Lunar New Year holiday, the total number of tourists coming to Sa Pa was estimated at 112,315, of which 4,624 were international visitors, with total revenue from tourism reaching 387.7 billion VND.

From the morning of February 14 (the 5th day of the Lunar New Year 2024), tourists continued to flock to Sam Mountain National Tourist Area in Nui Sam Ward, Chau Doc City, An Giang Province.
Deputy Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of An Giang Province, Dao Si Tuan, said that through quick statistics, the number of visitors to tourist areas, and tourist destinations in the province, from February 7-13, 2024, is 610,000 arrivals, up 20% over the same period in 2023.
The number of guests staying is estimated at 5,600 arrivals, up 4% over the same period (including 1,106 international visitors), with the number of visitors served by travel businesses in the province estimated to reach 1,433, an increase of 7.5% over the same period in 2023.
