NA Chairman offers incense at Kinh Thien Palace

National Assembly (NA) Chairman Vuong Dinh Hue offered incense at Kinh Thien (Respect for Heaven) Palace in the Thang Long Imperial Citadel in Hanoi on the morning of January 30.

NA Secretary General and Chairman of the NA Office Bui Van Cuong, and Chairman of Hanoi municipal People’s Committee Tran Sy Thanh, also attended the function.

The delegates offered incense to pay tribute to the ancestors and intellectuals who had meritorious services to the country and pray for peace, prosperity, and the development of the fatherland.

They pledged to make every effort to promote the determination and strength of the great national unity, and maintain a peaceful and stable environment for national development, thus realising the aspiration to develop Vietnam into a more prosperous and happy country.

While speaking with the Thang Long – Hanoi Heritage Conservation Centre, NA Chairman Hue asked the centre’s staff to further preserve and promote the values of the Thang Long Imperial Citadel, while making more contributions to national construction and development.
