During the visit, he offered incense to late Chairman of the State Council, Vo Chi Cong, at his memorial site in Khuong My Village, Tam Xuan 1 Commune, Nui Thanh District, Quang Nam Province.
The NA official expressed his gratitude to the late Chairman of the State Council, a resilient communist soldier in the revolutionary cause of national liberation, as well as an outstanding leader of the Party and State in the cause of building and protecting the socialist country.
In addition, he offered incense to late Heroic Vietnamese Mother Nguyen Thi Thu in Dien Ban Town, Quang Nam Province and presented Tet gifts to Heroic Vietnamese Mother Le Thi Tri, also in Dien Ban Town.
On the occasion, NA Vice Chairman Nguyen Duc Hai presented 20 Tet gifts to needy households in Tam Xuan 1 Commune, Nui Thanh District, Quang Nam Province.
He also visited and gave Tet gifts to disadvantaged people in Hoa Binh Village in Tam Dan Commune, Phu Ninh District, Quang Nam Province.
