Hoan Kiem Lake, the “heart” of the capital with its millennium-old heritage, is at a major turning point in terms of its urban landscape. From September 7 to 26, the city authorities are officially seeking public feedback on the project to make local adjustments to the H1-1B urban subdivision master plan for Hoan Kiem Lake and surrounding areas.
