PVF Stadium was groundbroken by the Ministry of Public Security on October 19, 2025, in Nghia Tru Commune, Hung Yen Province. Under the plan, the stadium will have a capacity of 60,000 and cover approximately 55,000 square metres, meeting FIFA standards to host international competitions in the future.
