Decision No. 05-QDNS/TW clearly states:
Pursuant to the Party Charter; the Working Regulations of the Party Central Committee, the Politburo and the Party Central Committee’s Secretariat of the 13th tenure; the regulations on decentralisation of cadre management; and considering the proposal of the Party Central Committeee’s Commission for Organisation, the Politburo decides:
Article 1. Assign members of the 14th Politburo to participate in the 14th Party Central Committee’s Secretariat:
1. To Lam, Party General Secretary of the 14th Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Central Military Commission.
2. Tran Cam Tu, Member of the 14th Politburo, Standing Member of the Party Central Committee’s Secretariat, Secretary of the Party Committee of Central Party Agencies.
3. Le Minh Hung, Member of the 14th Politburo, Secretary of the 13th Party Central Committee, Head of the Party Central Committee's Commission for Organisation.
4. Bui Thi Minh Hoai, Member of the 14th Politburo, Secretary of the 13th Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Viet Nam Fatherland Front and Central Mass Organisations, and President of the Viet Nam Fatherland Front Central Committee.
5. Nguyen Trong Nghia, Member of the 14th Politburo, Secretary of the 13th Party Central Committee, Member of the Standing Board of the Central Military Commission, and Chairman of the General Department of Politics of the Viet Nam People's Army.
6. Trinh Van Quyet, Member of the 14th Politburo, Secretary of the 13th Party Central Committee, Head of the Party Central Committee’s Commission for Information, Education and Mass Mobilisation.
7. Le Minh Tri, Member of the 14th Politburo, Secretary of the 13th Party Central Committee, Head of the Party Central Committee’s Commission for Internal Affairs.
8. Pham Gia Tuc, Member of the 14th Politburo, Chief of the Office of the Party Central Committee.
9. Tran Sy Thanh, Member of the 14th Politburo, Chairman of the Party Central Committee’s Commission for Inspection.
10. Nguyen Thanh Nghi, Member of the 14th Politburo, Head of the Party Central Committee’s Commission for Policies and Strategies.
Article 2. The Office of the Party Central Committee, the Party Central Committee’s Commission for Organisation, relevant agencies and the individuals named in Article 1 shall implement this Decision.
