Speaking at the working session, Politburo member Phan Dinh Trac raised several issues that need to be noted during the inspection process of the Inspection Delegation.

In particular, the 13th Party Congress Document identified 12 orientations, 6 key tasks, and 3 strategic breakthroughs, and requested the Inspection Delegation, as well as the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee members, to review their Action Program to see if it closely followed and concretised appropriately to the characteristics and nature of the locality.

He also requested the members of the Inspection Team to closely coordinate with Party committees, Party organisations, agencies and units being inspected to complete the purposes, requirements and contents that need to be noted so that the inspection process is carried out well, following the Party's regulations on inspection work to ensure practicality and effectiveness.

He noted that the inspection work's ultimate goal is to more effectively implement the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress and the Resolution of the Provincial Party Congress.
