Addressing a press briefing on November 12, Director of the provincial Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, Nguyen Thanh Thanh, said that the programme aims to introduce typical tourism products, culinary specialties, and tourism services of Long An Province to visitors at home and abroad.
The programme will feature various cultural and artistic activities, sporting events, music festivals, and an expo displaying 200 booths by Vietnamese and Korean businesses.
The event is expected to promote cooperation in economics and culture between Long An Province and other localities, as well as its partners from the Republic of Korea.
This is also an opportunity for Long An to attract more investment in industry, trade, tourism, and cultural preservation, thus facilitating the provincial socio-economic development.
