The spring atmosphere is buoying the construction sites to build more roads criss-crossing the country and new bridges in Hanoi, Hai Phong, Ben Tre and other localities to help enhance the traffic flows from north to south, thus boosting the country’s rapid and sustainable socio-economic development.
The spirit of spring also pervades thousands of houses for heroic Vietnamese mothers, families of fallen soldiers, veterans, and disadvantaged workers, especially those in areas severely affected by endless rains, floods and landslides.
The exceptional success of Vietnamese leaders’ foreign visits, especially General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong’s visit to China, has further demonstrated Vietnam’s enhanced role and position in the international arena. Vietnam remains an attractive destination to foreign investors thanks its favourable policies as well as political and social stability.
Although there are still many challenges in the cause of national construction and defence amid rapid and complicated developments in the world as well as domestic weaknesses that are yet to be resolved, it is strongly believed that Vietnam will continue to firmly advance on the path of building a happy and prosperous country.
