The recent concert programme “A Wordless Rhapsody” at the Ho Guom Theatre in Ha Noi has featured Professor, composer and performer Dang Ngoc Long, who won the Special Prize at the Villa-Lobos International Guitar Competition in Hungary in 1987.

The Frankfurt Radio Symphony Orchestra will perform two concerts in Viet Nam in early October as part of celebrations marking the 50th anniversary of Viet Nam – Germany diplomatic relations.

A grand concert themed “Viet Nam trong toi” (Viet Nam in Me) will be held at the Viet Nam Exposition Centre in Dong Anh, Ha Noi, at 8 pm on August 26, marking the opening of a series of activities celebrating the 80th anniversary of National Day.

The special concert “To quoc trong tim” (Homeland in Our Hearts) not only delivered spectacular performances but also stirred national pride and love for the country among tens of thousands of spectators. All people, from soldiers, veterans, artists and students to entire families, were filled with emotion and left with lasting impressions after enjoying the show.

A concert entitled “ A mass for peace ” will take place at the Hanoi Opera House on November 12-13 with the participation of 200 artists from the Vietnam National Opera and Ballet (VNOB) and other international choirs, the VNOB announced on November 2.

Vietnam National Symphony Orchestra will perform a special concert at the 39th Republic of Korea (RoK) International Music Festival in Seoul on November 1.

Famous pianist Pablo Galdo from Spain and artists from the symphony orchestra of the Ho Chi Minh City Conservatory of Music will join a concert entitled “Symphony of Saigon”, which will be held on September 23.

With the recent special concert entitled VYO Grand Concert, the Vietnam Youth Orchestra (VYO) had an impressive debut at the Hanoi Opera House.

A concert entitled “Melodies of Spain” will be held in Hanoi on September 30 as part of activities marking the 45th anniversary of Vietnam – Spain diplomatic ties and the 80th National Day of Spain (October 20, 1942-2022).
