Viet Nam and Russia expand cooperation in energy and education
Alongside making the most of domestic resources, promoting cooperation with traditional partners, including Russia, carries special significance for Viet Nam in realising aspirations for national development. Progress in key areas of Viet Nam–Russia cooperation such as energy, human resources training and science and technology has provided a powerful impetus for Viet Nam to advance in the new era.
