Against the heritage backdrop of the Thang Long Imperial Citadel in the heart of Ha Noi, melodies of Vietnamese traditional folk music blended with music from around the world on October 2 evening, creating a vibrant and colourful artistic tapestry.

The opening ceremony of the first Cultures of the World Festival in Ha Noi officially took place at the Thang Long Imperial Citadel (Thang Long Heritage Conservation Centre - Ha Noi) on the evening of October 10. The event was jointly organised by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and the Ha Noi People’s Committee.

The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, in collaboration with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ha Noi People’s Committee, will organise the first Cultures of the World Festival in Ha Noi on October 10-12 at the Thang Long Imperial Citadel Heritage Site.
