[In Pictures] Cultures of the World Festival opens in Ha Noi

The opening ceremony of the first Cultures of the World Festival in Ha Noi officially took place at the Thang Long Imperial Citadel (Thang Long Heritage Conservation Centre - Ha Noi) on the evening of October 10. The event was jointly organised by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and the Ha Noi People’s Committee.
