The Viet Nam Digital Content Creation Alliance (DCCA), in collaboration with World Vision Viet Nam, officially launched the Digital Content Creation Network for Children (DCCC) in Ha Noi on August 4 to connect and support initiatives that promote positive, safe, and humanistic digital content for Vietnamese children.
