In his opening remarks, Hoang Dinh Chung, Standing Vice President of the DCCA, emphasised that in this era of rapidly advancing digital technology, children have increasing and easier access to information, education, and entertainment in the online environment.

"However, apart from these opportunities, risks, harmful and misleading content, bullying, and scams can seriously affect children's awareness, emotions, and comprehensive development. Therefore, building a positive, safe, and humanistic digital content ecosystem for Vietnamese children is not only an urgent need but also a common responsibility of the whole society," Hoang Dinh Chung stressed.

According to Chung, the DCCC has already begun implementing its first action plans to support individuals and organisations in jointly creating a healthy digital environment for children.

In this context, the DCCC is an initiative approved by the Viet Nam Digital Communications Association. Headquartered in Ha Noi, the network operates nationwide in the field of digital content creation for children in accordance with the law, with the support and companionship of World Vision Viet Nam.

According to Pham Thi Quyen, Vice Chairwoman of the DCCA, the DCCC is a socio-professional organisation with the objectives of creating a positive, safe, and humanistic creative ecosystem for children; contributing to the development of the digital content industry in the fields of education and culture; and connecting domestic and international resources to support creativity and sustainable development.

At the time of its launch, the DCCC had more than 30 founding members and will continue to admit official and associate members in the near future.
